Club Founders

Two old good friends, Vytautas Adomavičius and Žilvinas Češkevičius, who are passionate about table tennis – a sport that perfectly combines people’s physical activity, positive emotions, and intercultural communication.

CLUB NAME

To choose a name for the club, we used the term VECTOR, which is used in mathematics and is described by the magnitude and direction in space. In physics, an example of a VECTOR would be force. The words force, direction, magnitude (result) naturally suggested the main idea that had been swirling in both of our heads since the spring of 2024. The letter V, like two raised fingers upwards, symbolizes victory. Every motivated club member setting personal goals, consciously striving for them, is that PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT TABLE TENNIS CLUB VECTOR.

CLUB VISION

A place where table tennis enthusiasts gather, regardless of playing experience and skill, age, gender, or language spoken. The club is a table tennis home where each of us consistently develops personal skills with the help of another person, often a more experienced athlete of higher skill, an instructor, a coach.

CLUB MANAGEMENT GOALS AND ACTIVITIES

PUBLIC Establishment Table Tennis Club VECTOR is an open and transparent organization whose management is based on democratic principles and personal leadership.

Decisions are made based on the club’s statutes at a general meeting of the most active members, with the majority’s approval.

TTC VECTOR’s main goal is to foster a comprehensively healthy and conscious personality through the game of table tennis, by organizing targeted activities and events, using dedicated resources, and collaborating with other organizations or individual specialists.
